Winter Dog

First frosty morning walk of the season. Despite the picturesqueness of the white grass she actually ended up completely black after wrestling with an exuberant lab puppy. Her weight loss seems to have given her whole new energy levels.

Energetic morning for me too with first run back after a 2 month break to sort an Achilles problem. Not bad, though apparently I have to wait until tomorrow to be sure.
