Zabaglione in Poole

(Re today’s Mono Monday theme “A frog’s eye view’, I suppose a frog could have sneeked in)

We had a lovely evening with friends. Dinner, followed by 5/11 Fireworks, on the Quay.

We returned to the restaurant after the display and two ordered Zabaglione (which is one of the things husband seduced me with when we met), and the Italian waitress who merrily prepared this delight was ‘favolosa’. Makes going out a bit more special.

Was +1 kilo this morning, my dessert was equally calorific.
