Back in Ayrshire

Another visit back home for not so good reasons. I did manage to get out on a run and enjoy the countryside around Beith though.

It was a beautiful clear morning and you can see snow capped Ben Lomond in the distance.

The hospital visits really remind me how fortunate I am to be fit and healthy and still running. It's too easy to just take these things for granted.
