Peaking too early

Today I decided it was cold and wintery enough to go for the double coat. And it seemed Waitrose agreed.

Being awake at 4am meant that I had more than enough time for a little run before church. Unfortunately two weeks of being inactive has taken it's toll. Slightly daunted by the prospect of marathon training during the winter.

First batch of winter soup cooked up after church then an afternoon of boring the parents with travel pictures.
