rose hip

My paternal grandmother collected rose hips and mixed them in with dried rose petals to make a potpourri. She died over 60 years ago, and I still have some of her fragrant mix. Potent stuff indeed!
I have never done anything with the few hips my one little rose bush produces each year, but maybe now is the time to start!
