Early one morning just as the sun was rising!

A beautiful sunny, cold day.  The cat woke me at 6.30am so I decided to go for an early walk after some breakfast.  It was great, saw a fox in a field quite a way off, little egret which I watched for a while and a few different birds.  Later in the walk met a few dog walkers, got home for  coffee about 10.30!  Did jobs indoors, made lunch, then at 3 went to a friends for a cuppa and chat.
More fireworks going off tonight, that's 3 evenings now and the cat is by my feet again!  It was difficult taking the shot yesterday as I did it from my back door, didn't know when they were going to go up and had to avoid fence, houses etc!
