Kielbasa

Tonight I experimented with a new recipe: Kielbasa Skillet. Basically it's just kielbasa and red potatoes with some onions and spinach thrown in and the occassional herb.

My husband loved it and so it goes into our recipe archive.

Tomorrow black bean salad? Maybe.
