Summer's last hurray - part deux

I mentioned a few days ago that summer had made a quick comeback. Well, our weather people told us that "this is it: be ready for major and dramatic change!" It's pretty bad when weather events are more interesting than presidential debates...

We were on our way out to the shore, for an exhibit of photos from my photo club (on the theme of "Women and children of the world") and I thought I'd better snap my last beach picture too while in the area... And yes, two of my images were featured in the exhibit: one from Haiti and one from Niger :)

Nice evening, with a cool reception and great conversation, followed by a very nice dinner. Sometimes, it's just really good to mingle with a bunch of expats who've lived all over the world :)
