My lovely local (The Star in Fishponds) is building a micro brewery. Sometimes I feel like I've beaten them to it.

10 gallons of cider bubbling away on the dining room table.

Hopefully my 2 little helpers can assist in getting them racked tomorrow.

I actually think some could go into bottles, so I might try and bottle some and reduce the number of demijohns.

Still need to upload yesterday's blip, having slept a lot since yesterday's hernia repair.
