Fish for dinner

The Saturday fish van provided the usual fish for dinner.  Tuesdays are best as the other fishmonger buys his fish in the early hours and drives straight to the market from Grimsby.  However, this fish seems fresh enough and he does a good line in shellfish.  I finished off in the shop and made sure there were no outstanding shops before I leave.  After coffee with friends, it was home to build a roaring fire, pack and chill out for the rest of the day.
