inner strength

news that news today.. the soap opera which is the school run provided some more unwelcome distractions for one of the group.. for this person i feel that this school has been tainted ..bless her.. seeing the tears well up in her eyes, the obvious upset she was feeling, wasnt the best start to the day..our girls are doing really well. flourishing and enjoying their school life...from school back home and then drift into work, drift being the operative word, wasnt feeling it today.. iyu just remembered why ,, the guy on ebay with the lens was doing what ebay has a reputation of doing,, allowing guys with the intelligence of common garden slug to trade,, this chap wanted to charge me 35 post and packing even though i wanted to pick the lens up...dear dear me..off to the naughty step with you.ebay takes a dim view of what he was trying to do,, but im lenless again, phooey ... got to shell out some major dosh to get a new one,oh well so be it.
Yet again work went well,round robin trip which took me into london,,aint been here for a couple of years. it was almost fun going round the south circular .. did i just say that.. fun south circ...what the hell couldnt see most of it anyway,, the windy wipers were swishing the dazzling lights meant ya couldnt see a thing, mobile discos with blue flashing lights emitting a ear splitting screeching sound which just added to the confusion made for an interesting drive. london looked at its finest... dark, raining and being more grim than an undertakers persona . there is absolutely no way that defensive driving could happen in london.. so with wide staring eyes you adopt a banzai approach.. all done to one of my fav Cd`s ,, paul simons graceland.. arrh my happy place,,, were going to grace land grace..GET A ***** MOVE ON.. land tennessee ,,dont think Paul simon wrote those lyrics in but i made them fit. Tomorrow im off on me fav runs,, weymouth... day two is over with day three beckons.. todays pink theme, is for breast cancer awareness ,, naturally..and also to our family friend liz, two of her three kids have Cf and for her life is a long battle with little respite, shes just had a tat done, which is in chinese characters and reads inner strength..and i for one cant argue with that .
