A wet day

It was all wet, it was warm and sunny this morning
I walked and walked and walked today
Walked up to Carisbrooke castle, walked round it and marvelled at the moat and the walls it is an impressive sight now and wondered how it must have looked in its day
I then walked along the east bank of the medina, it started to rain then, but I cared little about the rain.
And thought about what I would do with a hypothetical lottery win.... dream on, nice dream while it lasted though :-)
I walked to East Cowes, crossed over on the chain bridge to Cowes and walked back to Newport
I ache :-( but feel great :-)
This island is beautiful :-)
