The Sage, Gateshead

Chris and I give each other treats for our birthdays. Tonight she took me to the Sage for the Northern Sinfonia. We have decided that Mendelssohn is not our favourite composer. However it was a real treat to be out.

The journey home took ages as we got caught up in the crowds leaving the Little Mix concert at the Arena. Kids as small as 5 or 6 were there, and lots of young teenagers. The tickets were €90. I can’t get my head round that.
