It's chips for tea.......

......and retro, 'crinkle-cut' no less (seeing as how I've just found my old, low-tech cutter in the back of a kitchen drawer!) And no, I never peel my potatoes, haven't done for decades (even when I'm making mash), the skin is definitely the tastiest bit in my opinion!
