Minterne House.

Flat pack assembly, unpacking and trip to the dump in the morning. In the afternoon we went with Mum and Jenny to Minterne House- another HHA property. Great walk around with some trees like this still with their autumn colours. Very good tea with scone/cake after. After more assembly we took the car down to town to walk along the sea front.
