Urban wildlife

I think the Barbet knew I wished I was back in the bush when he bounced by to say hello.

My lunchtime wander was cut short because it was just too hot. I got good news when I got back to my desk though as there was a mail to advise that a proposal for R800k in much needed funding had been accepted.

I finished the day enjoying a cold beer in celebration and a latish supper served outdoors.
