Stir Crazy

The too-slow recovery continues. Yes I'm better than I was yesterday but still not better better. Our friend J popped round in the early afternoon - it was nice to see her - and then later on I thought the sea at the bottom of the street was just too good to miss and so wrapped myself up and ventured outside for the first time in about a week to take a quick picture, rather than yet another indoor blip!
