Heavy Seagulls??

Seeing this rather crooked beacon light I started to muse as to why it ended up thus. Overweight seabirds, possibly. High winds? Not much recently. It could have wilted due to the malodorous content flowing from this overflow pipe. Who knows? It remains a mystery.
