West Coast Rail Franchise

Platforms 2 & 3 at Glasgow Central. Virgin and First Group both newly arrived from Carlisle. An awful lot could be done with the £40,000,000 of taxpayers money which has had to be handed back to the bidders for the franchise to run the trains. (Not to mention the legal costs which may arise from Government incompetence).

Perhaps the cross and arrow on the barriers is telling us something?
