The hidden library

Behind this building is the library a place I used to dread going to as a kid as I struggled to read. But lately things have changed and I love to read. This building is the old council building that has been around for 30 odd years if not more and had mould discovered in 2014. Next step a 31 million nine story complex with university, museums, offices and the new library.
