Many years ago, I impulsively ripped up our rotten, torn, very old stair carpet.

I’ve quite liked our bare wooden stairs but now the carpet on the upstairs landing is ripped and threadbare and people are tripping.

So, carpet is now on my mind. It’ll be a quick decision and a quick check with Elbows.


4 of us from church helped a friend move house today. It was sad for her to leave her family home and no one commented when, amidst stacks and stacks of boxes and wrapping paper, she put photos up on her fridge. It will be a lovely family home in time.
