Took the 'tweenies' on the minibus today for a trip. I spotted this leaf under a climbing frame with the light shining through.

A lot to think about after counselling tonight. Issues in control, accepting my illness, and to not think negatively.
The headache is still there but I think it's down to not sleeping properly.
