November already, I'm sure when you get older the time just goes very quickly or is it that the days are shorter. ???
The Rev and "J" had to attend hospital today for tests/ procedure , both back home now . I delivered meals on wheels then took "J" back to his home in Bromley Kent. Now I'm home I've done the bit of ironing , have had my meal of fish in parsley sauce and veg . now to sit and watch the Apprentice.

Thankful .... I could be of a little help this afternoon.
