Westmoreland Way - Part 2

Out and about today with the U3A Tuesday group doing a section of the Westmoreland Way from Crosby Ravensworth to Bampton Grange. A lovely 10 mile walk with moorland, rivers and some interesting places en route: the chapel at Keld and Shap Abbey. Very lucky with the weather as it stayed dry all day despite some very threatening clouds. We had a late morning coffee stop at the cafe in Shap and lunch at Shap Abbey - see extras. The blip is the view towards Mardale as we approached Bampton Grange.
