and all is well after yesterday's vet ordeal.....thankfully they don't give the impression they're peeved.....rather the opposite....

Took had us collapse with laughter when he discovered the cat drinking fountain...Merry refused to drink from a bowl and splashed the water around and tried to catch the drops...frequently knocking the waterbowl over.

When I mentinoed this to the vet yesterday she explained some cats want to drink from moving water....so I bought one of these fancy things...and now Merry sticks his paw in the hole and splashes ...stands on top of the thing...pretty clownesque....

anyway maybe they will get used to it...else it's an eBay job...
