Notes: Big work day on projects for 3 Bridge (11/11). Stopped by hair salon in morning to get help cutting out the last stitch from my back where the removed a mole. Worked then till after 5. Had chicken and veggies with pesto cooking in crock pot thru the day. Added quinoa at the end. Out on the beach a bit after sunset.
