Samhain

I couldn't help but be moved by Incredibish's entry today about Samhain and endings. 4 years today since my mum died, plus over 7 years since my dad died, 3 years since I gave up work, nearly a year since Friend died. So as well as looking back over these significant years, I also remind myself of the good things I have in my life now and the contribution these people gave to who I am now. Incredibish's theme of circles makes me think of a wheel of fortune - always turning, moving towards, through and past the good and bad in life. So I continue to move forward and remind myself to do so Mindfully.
