NEW SPROUT OF A TREE

This tree is standing still in the sidewalk way home; it's along the high way. I am very observant that I notice the sprout that come out from this tree. Whenever I pass by I couldn't resist to head turn over it. I do love the new, young and delicate red leaves. Once the city maintenance see it he will cut it off again...and after several days new sprout will come out again...haha! Hmp why not let it grow and become a new branches.
