Pray for My Chingar
I don’t think I’ve ever done a blip without Roo but tonight is an exception.
Chingar hasn’t been well for a few days with a really upset tummy.
I have been attempting to change the dogs diets into raw food but her tummy did feel bloated.
She didn’t eat yesterday at all and is extremely quiet that’s a no no for her.
I took her to the vets just expecting to get an injection but I’ve had bad news.
Basically Chingar has chronic heart failure and has a grade 6 murmur that’s as bad as it can get, her body is slowly filling with fluids and she’s virtually drowning from the inside.
I was given two choices that they put her to sleep this evening or I take her home with tablets and try for 48 hours.
If by Thursday we see no improvements then sadly I have to do the kindest thing.
Chingar came to me a few years ago we later found out she was Theo’s sister.
Although blind I trained her to come to a clicker and she never failed to make us laugh.
I’m just hoping now for a miracle she deserves it as she’s a very kind dog.
