They're Behind You...

Our last day at Center Parcs today. We packed up out of our beautiful treehouse, and sadly said goodbye to it. Poor Chris was back at work today, but I (Annie) had one more day off.

A glorious sunny day, we went for a walk round the lake in the morning. This heron was so unbothered by humans, we managed to get right up to him on the shoreline. He was staring intensely at the water looking for, and occasionally catching, fish - and we laughed to see the frenzy of carp happening just to his right. OK, so they're too big for him - but it was funny.

A spa session in the afternoon to finish off our stay. It's only been 4 days, but it feels like weeks - such a good break.
