Pavement blocked...

...by an excess of buddleia...
This is an old warehouse at the bottom of Tanners bank, which I first blipped in January last year. If you compare the two, you will see that the buddleia at the top of the downpipe has finally pulled the plaster loose and descended to the ground! It had obviously grown a great deal in the intervening months - and literally blocked the pavement where it had landed...
A lovely last day in Tynemouth - met S&R for coffee at Gareth's, and finally made it to Riley's Fish Shack on the beach for lunch. Called in on Auntie Joyce but two of her friends arrived so we didn't stay long, then home via my sister's and wound the great nephew's up nicely before bedtime ;)
