Homemade is best!

This evening I am home alone again as Mr Tbay out at another YFC meeting. However I did get quite a lot done towards Christmas wrapping (yes I know it’s very early but I like to get it done) especially items to be posted abroad . I decided to cook a small piece of lightly smoked salmon and felt a little homemade tartare sauce would do well to accompany  it! I was right it was yummy.

Farming- Two on compost hauling and then on to some muck spreading.

Dentist for me as well today. One tooth done one to go. Hey ho!
