Goodbye puddle jumper!

My last day in the job today, I’m going to miss a lot of aspects. Not the alarm going off at quarter past five every morning, nor scraping the frost off the car, but the banter at the depot, the Borders scenery and even the school kids. I’ll miss my wee puddle jumper too, I think it’s the pride of the fleet, but few of my colleagues agree!

With impeccable timing, the TV show Border Life tonight featured our open top in an article filmed in July. They say the camera puts on ten pounds, but I’m sure it’s much more than that, the diet definitely starts tomorrow though. Hopefully on tomorrow night’s blip, I’ll be able to give you a link to the show.
