Snoozing

We had a wander along the river this morning. I saw a Kingfisher flash past and Mr PB saw a Goosander which had probably been disturbed by a fisherman. He also saw a Dipper - which I missed, which was disappointing as unusually, I haven't seen one for ages. We stopped at a spot where there is a ledge to sit and as I scanned the trees for signs of another Kingfisher, I saw this Heron sitting stock still, high up in the tree, probably snoozing.
