First frost of winter.

The sun was shining brightly, and reflecting the wall of the room onto the window, but I only noticed it when I saw the photo! It was the rather strange cloud that caught my eye. The frost on the field soon disappeared but that on the bank was in shadow, so it remained longer. Soon after I took this, a Lesser Kestrel landed on a nearby balcony. It's not a native bird, but it had probably been blown from captivity by high winds.
