This weighs somewhere between 5.5 to 5.75 oz (156 to 163 g).  There's even a British Standard that applies to their manufacture.  It is the ball that's used in a game of cricket and is a Blip because I did very little today.

I think you're supposed to do very little when you have a Monday off, and so I did very little.  Apart from reading.  I spend a lot of time reading.
