Homemade Soap

Maria, 87 years old, still makes her own soap using lard and caustic soda every autumn. Besides using it for her clothes, she washes herself with it, saying that people today spend a lot on unnecessary shampoos.
She gave me two huge pieces and will use it as well, why not.
