Our Honey

We've had a busy old day today. Started off with the laundry mountain, and after getting a few loads out on the rotary in the sun, the girls and I headed out to meet a dear friend for lunch. We had a fab catch up, and the kids all did their thing in the book shop which was having holiday activities. Was great for being able to have conversation. I've been a bit worried about my friend for a while, and today she confirmed that there was reason to be worried. She's been somewhat AWOL for the past year, and I know now why, and just hope she really is through the worst of it.

This afternoon the girls and I went for a mooch in some shops, and then went to the park. We got home in time to whack dinner on before the Husband arrived home early enough for us to eat and then go to the movies to see Hotel Transylvania. It was OK. Predictable, and not scary, which was good for the Youngest, as she does get quite scared.

Now for the weekend. I'm bracing myself for tomorrow night. 2 sleepover guests...where's my ear plugs!?!
