Ready for Halloween

I was a bit disappointed with Lincoln's reaction to our possessed skeleton hand that jumps out when you go for a lolly. It didn't really bother him at all after the initial shock. For a kid who comes into our bed a few times a week because of monsters in his room he got over it quickly.

Unfortunately, I completely broke Elliott with it. He saw it from a distance and he shut down. He screamed if he wasn't with me. To cook dinner I put him in the highchair. He sat there frozen, looking at the bowl as if it would get him if he moved. All night whenever I mentioned something that would require him to move his heart rate elevated and he started to panic. I really hope he forgets about it soon. We may not be able to scare the neighbourhood with it now.
