birthdays

An early blip today as we have a busy day ahead. I passed the statue of Gandhi last night and have come back for a photo before breakfast. There are always flowers at his feet, but many more now as it would have been his birthday on Tuesday.

I have lived in London and always like to come back to visit. So many things to get excited about! So many people on bicycles! This morning I have been to gaze at two of my favourite places - St Pancras Station ( architecture and travel possibilities ) and the British Library ( Knowledge is power). The British Museum awaits.. and the Youngest Son wants to go clothes shopping : -(.

Finally we will head to Sussex, to start my Dad's birthday celebrations with dinner.
