Early bedtime

Certainly feel like we needed the extra hour today.
Cooper and I had a lovely walk in the morning, chilly but glorious sunshine. Managed to get a few things tidied up in the garden & I power-washed the deck. Didn’t get a chance to make any cocktails but the pork carnitas worked out wonderfully & will be added to the menu for the village hall event in a few weeks time.
Early to bed as I’m down in Glasgow tomorrow.
