THE HAND

Had a quiet day at home after yesterdays excitement. 

Becky phoned this morning from Hove.  She and Mike had just completed the Hove 10k run. Becky did her personal best time at that distance. It was her first official run as a veteran. Ladies become " veteran "  runners at 35.

I'm looking forward to next weekend as Becky and Mike are coming for a very short visit.  They will arrive late on Friday and leave on Sunday after breakfast.  They can't get any extra time off work. They are travelling by train this time as its too far to drive from Sussex on Friday after they finish work.

I had no idea what to blip today so looked around for something pink for BCAM.  Decided on this ceramic Palmistry  Hand which sits on the bathroom windowsill.  The key it holds is the key for the bathroom window - this window is the " escape route " in case of a fire.
