Mr Jones

Today I ran the inaugural 20km de Genève. The race started on the Quai du Mont-Blanc, then up past the UN and through the Geneva countryside before a long and rather monotonous last 5km along the lakeside back to the start. Was cold but it didn't rain and my time was pretty much as expected. Hamstrings still hurting. 


Home by midday and walk with L&L this afternoon.
