I decided I should probably find out if there is anything untoward going on in my foot. There isn’t, just unexplained soft tissue damage which will get better in “1 or 2 weeks”.

We are all straight back into “Philippa on crutches” mode though. Except Rosie, she missed the first time round and mainly just looks confused.
