Growing Up Ugly, Peters Village

Another image for my black and white project. The esplanade in the village being built along the river from us has started, already, to look a bit down at heal and ugly. None more so than this overgrown plant where a young tree used to be planted. It felt very forlorn there today - not helped by the cold wind, grey skies and half finished buildings.
