The beginning

This is the start of a lamb and leek casserole. I'll be having it with roasted potatoes and a parsnip and sweet potato mash. That might seem a tad boring for a Sunday blip but I've been enjoying a book and doing some domestic tasks. Nothing exciting to photograph I'm afraid.
