Salad

Trying to get some weight off we have been eating a lot of salad and fruit.

Watering and spraying for a large part of the day.Spraying is easier when we are not using chemicals because there is no need to suit up but we have to do it more frequently for it to be as effective.The aim is to cut out chemicals altogether and I think it can be done but need to learn a whole new set of crop management skills.
