Any old cr*p

I managed to get my haircut today, fix and clean my bike and clean the house a bit.

I realised that my edition of "Zinn and the art of mountain bike maintainance" is out of date when I looked up disk brakes and it didn't have anything! Maybe I need to update to a newer edition.

Roll on tomorrow, I'm off to Glentress!
