There and back again - Day 26
We had a tour across to Milford Sound which is
deep within Fiordland National Park.
It is a very special place which seems cut off from
the rest of the world.
The scenery is spectacular especially when the weather
is fine which we lucky enough to experience.
This is a point on the right hand side of the sound
It is the only spot in the world where you can see a Glacier in the background, rain forest to the left and alpine forest to the right.
Its no wonder there is a research station just here.
