A New Recipe

I found a new recipe for wholemeal scones and decided to give it a try....it's not perfect...a little too sweet for a start...but I like the look of the sprinkled oat-flakes on top!

Don't you just hate it when a recipe is missing an ingredient or two?
The directions say to rub in the butter........what butter?? it's not in the ingredient listing!!!!

No doubt it's 2oz or 3oz - I went with 3oz, just for the hell of it.....
